5. Shipping

We ship to Australia and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Strike Reef is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
